Pros

Good coworkers and Vice President.

Cons

The owner, Stewart, thinks of himself as some kind of visionary. The only thing he’s envisioning is how to increase profits as much as possible so he can sell within the next 5-10 years (if not sooner). He is a complete narcissist. The annual employee appreciation party does not negate how employees are treated on a day-to-day basis. He will belittle you to your face, behind your back, or in front of the entire company. He expects empathy but does not know how to give it. The company is full of good people, but they never last. The company turn-over rate is extremely high. The compensation is not worth the stress.

Pros

Most coworkers and higher-ups were very nice. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Because it's customer service, it's naturally a stressful place to work when it’s busy. Customers can be nasty and entitled but again, that's customer service, not Arrow. But people kept quitting, which made it more stressful even for those who could handle difficult customers. And on top of that, hiring more people didn’t seem like an urgent priority until it was too late and most of the office staff had quit. So a job that really should be divided among 7-8 people was on 3. From what I saw/heard the president was pretty abrasive and micromanage-y too so no one wanted to be there when he was around.

You're given a phone and a computer. Good luck.

Pros

It's a full time job

Cons

Family owned, kids are now in big roles so if you have a problem with a manager better just keep it to yourself because chances are they've all watched these kids grow up. Lots of snotty comments and "mean girls" whispers all day and even in their chat. Don't complain or you'll definitely feel it. You could spend all day routing a techs schedule and it still manages to get changed. A lot of the techs are lazy and are late, don't show at all, don't make sure they have products they'll need on their trucks and none of them are ever disciplined. All the complaints fall on you. It's a whole bunch of stress for next to nothing pay.
