1- Two months notice period required if you're leaving the company but won't accept employees who ask for 2 months to join, not even 1 month. 2- You'll see worst behavior of company in notice period of 2 months. 3- Insult of employees. 4- Treat employees like a servants. 5- No any increments even after 2 years of service and then if they give increment it'll be very little amount. 6- No any appraisal or Bonuses. 7- Asking for Reimbursement amount is like asking kidney. 8- All new policies are against employees. 9- Salary disbursement time issue. 10- Salary deduction on 5 minutes late because there's no any flexible time policy for coming but taking extra work from employees and late sitting is trend of company. 11- No any job security.
