      Pros

      The atmosphere here is so welcoming and my training has been amazing. I just PCS here and as a military spouse I couldn't of asked for a better place to work. I love that you don't need any experience to get a job here.

      I don't have any Cons and I do see why most people have 40+ years of working here.

      In 2024, more than 40 small to mid-sized insurance companies file for bankruptcy in the U. S. We increased revenue for the third straight year and issued the most new policies in a single year in the last five years. We're winners.

      Cons

      The insurance industry is challenging, with chaotic destructive weather, political turmoil and marketplace volatility all driving headwinds.
