• Class division is baked in. If you’re on the manufacturing floor, you’re invisible. If you’re in leadership, you’re insulated. Everyone else is just caught in the churn. • Sr. R&D manager = chaos coordinator. One person has managed to run this department into the ground while upper management watches with popcorn. At least four experienced employees have left this year—along with all their knowledge, momentum, and morale. • Projects are a joke. Timelines get thrown out the window anytime another department makes a request. Deadlines are ignored, priorities shift daily, and no one’s held accountable—except the people doing the actual work. • HR is like Knott’s Berry Farm: all show, no substance. They respond to Glassdoor reviews faster than they respond to internal complaints. Performative care, antiquated practices, and absolutely no employee engagement. • Turnover everywhere. Everyone’s looking for an exit—and the ones who’ve stayed too long are either numb, complicit, or ignored. • No originality, no culture. The values are just words on the wall.
