      Nothing that i can think of.

      On my third day I was told to be present in office at 8:30 am sharp when I was in at 8:45. It was clear from that point onwards that the relationship is not going to be flexible and trusting. Very anxious leader who constantly micro manages and they make you slog and burden people with a lot of responsibilities and also pay poor wages. I immediately got a 40% raise when i quit the company. Also location is a major disadvantage and is away from where you would like to be.

      It's the best company I have ever been with, and the company cares about people,I feel more at home, more comfortable, more supported than I ever have before. Dev team is submitting high-quality work, and happy to help QA team with questions and happy to solve any issue with QA during testing. QA team's work is well organised and the whole dev team is very united. have the opportunity to learn API testing, Automation testing,etc Flexible working time, Work from home policy, team activities,good company culter, staff from lots of different countries，the inclusive culture!
