great team, clever colleagues, strong market position and well-known brands, continuous development versus profit maximization, world class office with recreation facilities, inspiring and encouraging culture, flexible working hours, fair and supportive attitude
Cons
Arkon is on-the-way between a start-up and large corporation, the management is looking for the best practices. Working in a changing organization and with often modified workflows, teams, ... can be demanding for people.
