Quiet campus, enjoy the students/teaching, local to family

Cons

Pay. Student/teacher ratio. Have been here for years in different roles/departments. Non-Tenure Faculty pay starting pay does not take previous (higher paying) experience (even at the same campus) into consideration at all. Large student numbers per class, higher teaching load than other schools.
