      Pros

      Arkana Laboratories is a smaller company, which creates a lot of opportunities for growth and upward mobility. There’s flexibility to explore different roles, and leadership is open to helping employees find a position that fits their strengths and interests. The location is also a big plus. The office is close to West Little Rock shopping and restaurants, and the building itself is newly renovated, modern, and a really nice place to work.
