      Speaking of my personal experience, the work environment here is open and transparent, because of which I am able to carry out my routine tasks more effectively. I am able to focus on my work assignments without any disruptions. No one interferes intentionally, and everyone supports and assists whenever asked for. I would say what more than this one expects from an organization?

      Pros

      Working remotely from our homes was not an easy stuff at first, but our HR and management supported us with their fullest. They supported us by giving solution on ever minor issue that we faced during the time when we were serving remotely at first. All the way they were very kind and well-mannered. I would offer my appreciations to the management as well as the HR officials for having our back when we needed them the most.

      Pros

      I have earned a good professional experience here. There are many endless challenges here, and on somedays some tasks gets really very intense and requires detailed attention, but with constant efforts & work dedications, I am able to get well with it. My such work commitment has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I must say that this is the best place to grow in career.
