      Worst management. Layoffs. No team spirit. No room for growth. They must be asking current employees to leave positive feedback.

      Great shop manager at the time

      Cons

      Constant lay offs, constantly tells everyone they will be fired. Horrible engineer team. Very bad composite engineering experience. Do not follow meds and they have zero concern for precision of resins or tolerances. Drones constantly crash and software fails. Horrible communication between the shop and the engineers. No team spirit. Poor company wide rapport. Worst company I've ever worked for.
