Pros

Pretty decent pay. Great 401K.

Cons

Where to begin? I came here after working for a small, private company. I thought it would be a step forward in my career coming to a large aerospace manufacturer. I was wrong. This place is the most poorly ran company I have ever been a part of. No mission statement besides screwing over our customers. Operational performance is in the toilet. No true leadership or direction. This company just staggers from quarter to quarter off dumping a back breaking work load on their employees and squeezing out every cent of profit. Be ready to be forced or guilted into working long hours everyday for your corporate overloads who treat you like less than nothing. Be ready to be told that despite all those long hours they couldn’t give you a raise this year. Get ready to work on pointless spreadsheet after pointless spreadsheet to be reported to some nebulous cabal of upper management who do nothing. There is a VP of everything at this company collecting six figure paychecks counting how many pens they hand out to the people doing the real work. And someone is putting that info into a spreadsheet and sending it to the spreadsheet pen data analyst. Meanwhile we are missing our customer deliveries and putting lines down left and right. This place is an absolute joke. It seems like we had a decent CEO but he resigned because he probably realized what a mess this place is. Steer clear from this company if you have any self worth or pride. I regret coming here everyday. The day I leave this place it’ll be like a year long nightmare will finally be over.

Pros

Good benefits, decent PTO and sick-day policy. other benefits okay too.

Cons

This is for CoE team in Pittsburgh, where I worked onsite. Recruitment techniques and processes are terrible, absurd and outdated. Lack of value for employees: no respect and condescending managers. Everyone is overworked. High turnover in department, and managers spin information on why people leave. 19+ people gone in 2016, 5 people in 2017. No ownership of turnover and bad, bad, BAD culture. No retention and lack of vision from management Poor communication from "so called" leadership. emails go through several people, before getting to you! No advancement opportunities. Decisions on processes are made without recruiters present. no input from us. It's a real dictatorship. Management is abrupt and hostile. People have taken FMLA to get away from this team. Ridiculous metrics that don't add any value. MICROMANAGEMENT! Favoritism (some jobs were filled before being posted) no support from management.

Pros

Paycheck usuaully arrives the day they say it will

Cons

I would stay as far away from this company as possible. The pay is below market value, there is no training or professional development, accounting has trouble calculating real numbers foronthky reporting, and your work week will be 70 hours +.
