      Pros

      Managements' ability to identify key areas for innovation and market placement of key products and services. Being able to provide opportunity for personal growth.

      Cons

      Several so called colleagues really gave up after failure to perform up to their potential and started to sabotage and poach key customers away from the company. Luckily management got rid of these internally sabotaging characters.

      Pros

      Management team is bringing in quality people and overall things run well. Improvements are made each year, including recent matching 401k plan.

      Cons

      Still a fairly small company with policies that are stringent. Some equipment, printers and PCs need to be updated. No WFH unless you live out of the area.

      Pros

      The best parts of Archipelago Lighting are the great products and the passionate ownership. Also, the people in most roles are great to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits and time off are lower than average. Product development is often times slow and opportunities are lost.
