      -Student-athletes amazing -Coaching gear -Support from parents

      Cons

      -Athletic department staff unprofessional -Childhood friends as staff and if you are not in their circle they will do anything to punish you -Hostile work environment -Insecurities of other staff members so they punish you and steal your work for themselves to use and get credit -Defamation -No room for growth or opportunities -No raises for 12+ hours days
