Pros

very good benefits includes vacation days, personal days, sick days, and holidays. reasonable salary.

Cons

they overworked you with tons of documentation and might have to work until 10 or 11pm every day. "upper management" want more and more, they only care about number and not much on quality of work.

Pros

I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY THUS FAR.

Cons

There is a Lack of respect, poor communication, unconcerned with health , well being or satisfaction of employees, This Agency does not understand the complexity of homecare, also appears to be only concerned with points. Archcare management has not once expressed concern for patient quality of care. Employees are treated as if they are on an assembly line, making widgits, not providing quality care to human beings. This agency is very top heavy. Experienced clinicians, with more than 30 years experience providing home health care to large rural areas are not consulted to make suggestions as to solve corporates ineptitude in multiple areas of providing home health care services to our patients.

Pros

Working with the frail and chronically ill. Wow really rewarding!

Cons

Executive Management does not like people who don’t agree with them and vilifies those who speak out. Don’t recognize the hard workers but abuse them. This place is full of racial discrimination, sexism, rule with fear and stuck in 1990. In 2018 exempt employees have to punch a time clock, there is no working from home, and the salary is not competitive because of the amount of work you have to do.
