      I work for a non-profit organization, so I understand that the pay will never be as wanted but the job is fulfilling.

      I have been with The ARC/ MORRIS for 14 years and I see the impact every day. I am proud to be part of an agency that actually lives its mission, We provide strong training and person -centered planning.

      Changes in culture, technology, diversity and communication are evident over the last 5 years. Staff can see this is not just a job but a career and there are many opportunities for growth here.

      Cons

      Some staff are a bit resistant to change and need a little more time to buy into everything the current administration have done and continue to do.
