When they say they "Care" about your safety, they actually MEAN IT! If feels like Arauco's safety program is half the job, but they mean what they say in the phrase "Safety First"

Cons

Like anyone, we could always use more money; but Arauco pays a competitive wage so I can't really complain.

Big company where there is a lot to learn, incredible profesionals and has some good benefits

Cons

Too much work that makes impossible to participate in the few events the company prepares for the employees and compared to even smaller business the wages are a bit lacking
