Mandatory over time you’ll be expected to work 50-55 hours a week every single week and if you take off they will be passive aggressive and hold it over your head. The hourly pay ranges from 8 a hour to over 20 a hour depending on how much the management likes you as a person. Raises work the same way. You’ll be worked to the point of burn out working 10 hour days while the management works 7 hour days and leaves early weekly. The staff is fun but the management ruins this job wasted over 2 years of my life there it’s a dead end job you won’t advance unless you’re family. Work environment is also very racist sexist and homophobic to the point of bullying and making people cry.
