      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for this company to grow. There is a lot of work to do but the pace of that work is steady. Also it's a nice group of people that work there.

      Cons

      While the team is nice when I was there I saw a lack of strategic team members. AptDeco could benefit by adding employees that are strategic minded.

      Appreciate the company because they made everyone W2 and the company is growing. Manager are tough but fair.
