      Nothing, worst policies made for employees

      Cons

      No fix timing of leaving means you cant go on 7pm or before that but you should be there to start your day on time. Managers have no technical knowledge and few are not even justify their position. HR always change their policies according to situation. No learning you at all.

      Bad Behaviour of HR Manager. she even don't know how to talk with the employees. She is totally out of her mind, rude and very arrogant.

      Let me think hmm nothing I guess, apart from gym.

      Force their employees to put glassdoor positive review, you can check the date all reviews written either on same date or 1 to 2 days of gap. Managers are very very narrow minded, and underqualified as well. Push their employees to sit on machine 9 hours continuously, you can''t move if you do your salary will be deducted. HR makes false promises. Although boss is a nice person. A lot of politics in teams.
