      Good opportunity with project allotment, but i feel there is mental harassment. People doesn't respect employee. There is no legal things for mistakes of higher management. There is no security for the employees in teams of work and documents.

      1) Good for new person to learn things 2) Founder is good, HR team is also good, other management concerns us

      1) Bad work-life balance due to worse management - some managers are really bad 2) Need to fight for appraisal 3) 3 months notice period 4) Zero motivational activities conducted by the company. 5) Shadow resource mentality
