Nice colleagues in a toxic environment
Pros
I learned a lot from my colleagues during my time here and gained valuable experience dealing with tricky clients, which helped me grow as an account manager. The challenges I faced definitely contributed to my professional development. On a lighter note, the Christmas parties used to be a highlight—well-organized and enjoyable, bringing teams together in a positive way.
Cons
This company is currently on a mission to improve its poor Glassdoor reputation by encouraging employees to post overly positive reviews. Unfortunately, this approach feels disingenuous and raises questions about the company's ethics. The work culture is plagued by a blame-oriented environment, poor management practices, and a policing mentality that focuses on finding faults rather than fostering growth or collaboration. High turnover among account managers is a clear indicator of these issues, as many have chosen to leave due to the lack of support and toxic leadership. Despite recent positive reviews, they don't reflect the reality of the workplace. Human Resources is ineffective, and recent changes in that department AST unbearable, you won't get support or real advice. Since moving to the competition within the satcom sector, I couldn’t be happier. If you're considering working here, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
