Pros
- Really great team to work with, very sociable, collaborative, and skilled people - Lots of really cool and interesting project work - High technical standards - Fast growing company means room to grow for all the employees - Company doing very well from a buisness point of view
Cons
Sometimes we can be a bit short staffed on projects, but thats just a natural consequence of us growing quickly. Would be good to speed up hiring so we can be sure we always have enough people to deliver without a crunch period just before a deadline
