      Pros

      It's small company, recently they fired more than 60 employees in a week. No pros here. This is my suggestion for all experience guys, please don't join this company , any time they can fire.

      Hiring and firing culture in this company. Please don't hire experience employee. No good management here, No Job security, work pressure.

      Good salary, very good benefit in USA and good 401k plan

      Cons

      If you are looking for 4 days/week travel with very good salary, this is your company to go for. On the other-hand, if you want to get career development or job stability, you may think twice. This company management only supports older employees for any career advancement, and very high rate of turnover.

      Pros

      Get to work in different areas of Oracle. But you don't get much in the way of depth. Since most of your co-workers don't like management you can bond with them over that.

      Cons

      AST client base is small government operations. Municipal and some state operations .They usually don't have a lot of money. The result is AST gets nickeled and dimed on things. If you are onsite you will be treated badly by both your management team and the client. Some managers make a point of humiliating employees. Management offers little in growth or training . Turnover is high which is why they have so many postings. With little revenue growth expect company to begi to decline
