      1. work-from-home flexibility makes it easy to balance personal and professional life. 2, The team is really supportive and helpful 3.Salaries are paid on time and good increment overall i am having great time working with them

      Sometimes, there are sudden changes or missing steps in the process, which means you need to adjust quickly. Also, communication between teams could be more clear and organized.

      Leaves the onus on the employee to handle the projects.

      Cons

      The client side payments and quotation for the project confusion (the client being generally unhappy with bills sent to them, overcharging and not having negotiated correctly.)

      Lots of learning & good opportunities for freshers & new comers. Snacks & evening fruits are yummy!! No cabin culture & senior mgnt is approachable

      Cons

      Timings should be little flexible, I don't like to report @10AM sharp.
