      Pros

      Coworkers are the nicest people

      Cons

      The C level micromanages employees. I've seen the CEO sitting by managers telling them how to write emails. There is no communication, leadership or integrity. Pay and benefits are not competitive.

      Smart people beware!

      Pros

      Good technology that could disrupt the industry it serves. Young, hard working teams that are focused on the success of the customer. Bright future if it can get on track.

      Cons

      Smart people who have their own vision for the future should beware. Senior leadership is unwilling/unable to focus on the strategic vision of the company as it is too involved in mundane, low value, day-to-day tasks. What's worse - if you chose to offer a differing opinion, it is seen as insubordination. Unless this changes the company will undoubtedly miss its market opportunity.

      Pros

      I can't say enough about the people I work with. They are smart, hard-working, passionate and have fun. It's not uncommon to see someone cruise by your desk on a Razor Scooter or see an intense ping-pong match being played at lunch. Work hard and play hard has never been more true than at the AppVault office and I'm so proud of what we've been able to accomplish together.

      Cons

      Being a small business with large clients and lofty goals will always have it's challenges. Limited resources and personnel can add some stress, but that's why we have such a great culture and work ethic.
