      My review 1)Salary on time. 2)Flexible timing

      Cons

      1) No proper documentation for the project. 2) Poor coding standard. 3) No proper method or Road map for developing the project. 4) Don't have a futuristic vision. 5) Senior management who are working over there are not progressing in the improvement of the project even if the new developer is providing them suggestions they just want to continue with the patchwork. 4) No carrier growth.
