The renaming of the company is related to development, we are not standing still, our company is growing and entering new markets, which requires its own changes. Our employees' salaries depend on proper time management, which helps to predict the workload and increase productivity. Also, the time tracker does not record your personal data and at any time you can put it on pause, which will stop its activity for the time you need. Recordings of meetings are made to keep track of all employees, and to evaluate their effectiveness and performance, so that in the future if questions arise, we can resolve them simply by reviewing the recording. We notify employees about the recording of the rally before they start working at the company. Also, every rally before the screen recording, meeting participants are notified of the start of the recording, from the app we use for meetings. We work with days off which are discussed before signing an offer, also in case of unforeseen circumstances we are always ready to go to a meeting. Our employees have the opportunity to work with absolutely different tasks, with which our Team Leaders are always ready to help, as well as indicate the right direction for the development of certain skills so that the employee can grow as a specialist.
