      Develop sales & recruiting skills. Work many different companies You get trained and people make good money here. There are a lot of positions to work so you stay busy.

      Cold calling with nothing to sell

      You get a desk, a phone and computer. Water dispenser for cold drinking water

      Cons

      Training is not very good. They tell you to call companies and try to talk to decision makers. Don't talk to hr people and don't leave voicemail. If the receptionist asks why you are calling, they tell you to say that you "have a CAD question."
