There is no employee benefits.

Cons

Senior managers are eating the money from the company and collecting that money from innocent employees as shortage amount. Please never join this worst organization. Once resignation they will take back one month salary. There is no such kind of worst organization exist in the world.

Cons

Less salary, less increment, no respect for existed educated people, partiality. Management is bad. No career growth of promotion.

On time salary every month.

Cons

Too much work pressure mainly on target. If you can't achieve you have to stay on duty after your duty hours over. Medicine stock is not good at all but if you indent and expired or not sold DC will not return your item. On every point you have to listen about why you take salary. Some time very rough behaviour to staff from senior management.
