Pros
Pay rate. A lot of overtime. Fun coworkers. That's pretty much all of it. Not that much in a positive sense to say.
Cons
Combative management. Inconsistent hours. Management was disorganized. Someone is always a scapegoat. You need to kiss a lot of you know what to keep yourself afloat. You will get thrown under a bus at least once or stabbed in the back. They expect too much.

amazing team-work, pretty pleasant management, pay is pretty decent as well, opportunities for advancement are plentiful, they treat everyone as equal as possible.
Cons
sometimes there are things that happen that are out of anyone's control and the 'disaster plans' for them aren't exactly thought out too well.
