Working from Home & Decent benefits

Cons

The environment is extremely toxic and leadership is extremely unprofessional. There's no room for growth and the pay for all the work and trash schedules you have is not worth it.

Salary Benefits Full time Remote 0 supervision Does not pay attention to any performance related metrics. You could make 5 calls in one day, and not start making calls until 3 pm and they wouldn’t ever question it because they are clueless at management.

Cons

Inexperienced sales management Huge level of nepotism towards reps that have been there for years 0 coaching after initial training
