Management encourages creativity across the company, even within administrative roles. There are many great perks, the workspaces are inspiring, and there is a great feeling of comradery across the studio. The work is challenging and varied, so you can touch many facets of agency life, including Account Management, Project Management, Graphic Design, Media Managment, and Business Development

Challenging to achieve work-life balance with tight deadlines, but very fun to work in the creative agency space

Extremely disproportionate salary (i.e. Experience vs. Income) No HR Mentally unhealthy work environment Verbal Harassment Double Speak Daily Inconsistencies with correspondence and expectations Etc. One of the largest concerns is that there is no HR to ensure proper protocols are being followed and a position is never secured regardless of the product quality delivered by employees. Understanding human error, nobody is perfect, but when management is happy to intimidate and unceremoniously terminate employees prior to evaluating their own performance as higher ups due in part to the fact that they see the LLC as their umbrella of legal protection, to this regard, I vehemently discourage prospective employees consider this company an opportunity to invest their future in if at all avoidable.
