Pros

Dynamic environment and cool people

By dynamic i mean constrantly shifting priorities due to the fact - there is no plan, road map, or product idea. People that manage to stay are either don't care or consider leaving. So they are very cool. CEO (who is one of 4 co-founders) is micromanaging, not connected to reality, unable to receive any feedback. He is hiding his co-founders involvment, investment and commitment, while his own achievements ( which are more than humble, tiny even) are presented as greatest of them all. The guy actually thinks he is genius, while he cant comprehand the fact technoilogy has evolved in last 20 years. The company has no processes, no CI, no automated testing. Actually all key people don't believe in tests. Currently the CEO builds 2 more parallel development structures in the company with no-one actually responsible for the outcomes. Think carefully before applying.

mostly kind immediate coworkers. flexible work from home policy.

Cons

HR and leadership team is tone deaf at best and malicious at worst. upper and middle management is cruel and retaliatory towards anyone with a dissenting opinion. constructive feedback is ignored, allowing them to support bad habits and discriminatory behavior. directors at all levels and all departments create and encourage a cancerous environment by talking about employees to other employees, lack of truthful transparency, discrimination and displaying favoritism and nepotism as long as you are the consummate cheerleader for the company you can do whatever you want because this company wants "Yes" people. beware, it will be difficult to do if you have any intelligence at all, because you will quickly become aware that the company is a farce compensation is poor considering what you’ll put up with at this company. lies and false promises with salaries. be careful of the unethical tactics used to get employees to accept offers and salaries with promises of raises and advancement. find another company. a more solid professional company

Sadly, there are no good reasons to work there.

Sadly, the company is woefully lacking in proper leadership. The company does not follow any sort of team protocols and is exceptionally good at enabling and fully supporting a toxic work environment. They certainly do not appreciate the value of a promise. They lack the ability to fully train individuals to be sufficiently competent in his or her roles. Yet, disregarding that fact, leadership is comfortable at addressing inadequacies inappropriately and using it to support their agenda. Leadership does not have the proper background and experience to give proper support and instruction. Negativity is promoted and encouraged. Complaints are properly addressed. Toxic work environment is perpetuated by bringing people over from competitors. The company does not possess the wherewithal to truly succeed and the outlook is bleak.
