      Nothing to appreciate.They gave fake promises..but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities.Nothing was followed complete cheating management.DON"T GET FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. They have removed a lot of good employees already.literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership,

      Pros

      I have been working with the organization from more than 1 year and I ahve found the company environment very friendly. Management always helps their employee in their difficult times. HR policies are quite employee orieneted. I am very much satisfied working here.

      Pros and cons go side by side. Nothing as such negative i have found in the company till now.

      Neat and clean office, Toilets.

      - HR policies worst and management poised to make them even more stuffing. - They don't give a damn to employee welfare. - Degree of disparity in emoluments, onsite, promotions, hike amongst employees at its peek. - They have professional bigots there. - Aimless top management. - Personal fondness/grudges can be seen overpowering professional virtues. - Highly employee unfriendly in terms of monetary benefits. - HR and Finance department compete to make employee suffer. - HR sucks, no one knows who heads the HR department. - Not good appraisal system. -
