Anthem is a smaller but corporate company that allows its communities to set their business to their own standards while following policy and procedures. Great work/life balance. Feels like you can really make a difference.

Cons

It's healthcare. So knowing that, you have to prepare yourself with the challenges that come along with that.

Pros

It is amazing to help families and residents with placement for memory care. It is a huge and scary transition for them. It feels great to educate and help them.

Cons

No work/life balance. Yes- it is salary BUT I feel like it is taken advantage of a little bit with all of the calls, texts, emails and functions that are after hours or on days off.
