Pros

Fully remote is great for working parents and covid cautious/high risk individuals. Very fast turnaround for assesaments means it's relatively easy to fill your caseload, or get extra hours if a client is out.

Cons

The pay for performance model disproportionately punishes you for cancelations out of your control. The process for assessments gives way too much time for the writing and not enough time for the actual assessment.

Many thanks for your review! We are excited to announce that our pay for performance structure is changing 1/1/2025. Base pay will increase from $45K to $70K and all BCBAs will have the opportunity to make up to $90K in annual compensation. This is actually well aligned with market rate, but because we are the only company offering fully remote, BCBA direct services it is a bit tricky to compare our compensation to other models. I'd encourage you to connect with your team lead regarding any questions related to this. Really appreciate the transparency.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We value your feedback and are committed to continuously enhancing the experience for our BCBAs. As a fast-growing startup, we recognize that clear and consistent communication is essential, and we’re always continuing to improve in this area. As of January 1, 2025, we made significant updates to our BCBA pay structure to better support our clinicians. If you haven’t already, we encourage you to connect with our Director of Clinical Care. They are eager to hear your perspective and learn how to better support you in your role.
