Pros
Good mentor and personable VP and senior salesmen, CEO had lofty goals, was heavily involved in training, a true salesman through and through with extreme confidence
Cons
CEO over-promised on value add and go to market strategy wasn't refined enough to get wins early on, tried to go for home-run before getting on base. Also oversold role and earning potential and also lead funnel.

The team was one of the best, with young enthusiastic people and highly qualified and accomplished seniors. An early-stage startup that was a champion in its domain.
Cons
All the challenges of an early-stage startup: No work-life balance, No clear cut project roadmap, firefighting, but it was always full of thrill.
