If you have the opportunity to work at AnswerHero, please don't take it. They sell themselves as a company unlike any other, where they do care about their employees, the work is easy, and there are opportunities for growth, when in fact it is quite the opposite. I think the worst thing about AnswerHero is management. Not only management of the country but also the people in Miami. You feel like you are constantly being watched by the cameras, you can't even stand up and stretch because you have your manager telling you to sit down, that Miami will scold you. We are required to answer all calls in the best way possible and with the best attitude, when the call volume is high and constant, all the time. You are not appreciated as an employee, you are just another number. Management is immature, if they don't like you they will make your stay there hell, they take everything to heart, and they have a very bad way of organizing themselves, it seems like management are high school teenagers. You can't say that something bothers you because they tell you to shut up or tell you things like “If you don't like it, you can leave” WHAT kind of company does that???. But of course, they go by saying that they do take your feedback into consideration to grow the company, that they are always there for you for whatever you need and blah blah blah, all LIES. No matter how much good stuff you do, they are only going to see the bad. The job used to be “easy” but now the workload and what we have to do on every call is ridiculous. The salary is not even worth it anymore. You get so frustrated at the job by the calls and management, that you don't even enjoy your time off. If you want to go to a place where they won't even care about your existence and you'll have to be a bootlicker for management to treat you right, then you'll probably like Answer Hero.
