Working one day on the weekends Working 3 Holidays, however, you know a year in advance which 3 you will be working so you have time to arrange a trade with someone.

* 24/7 but can only work until midnight est until you advance higher up * busy call center but can step away when needed * some clients do not seem to be screened well though it is claimed so, a few seem like scammers *calls are auto answer without prior warning * no equipment provided

When call flow concerns are identified we work with the client to make a change that would permit a better outcome with their calls or decide if the partnership still makes sense.
