No as such which actually should get counted

Cons

Management is from sales background and they think added new persons will solve every issue. They do not know how IT works. Most of the projects are suffering from deadline(decided by management which is totally unrealistic ) and most of the project members are coming on weekends. Infrastructure is totally inconvenient They are treating employees the same way as sales guys are treating. Bad and abusive language used many times. Late night is must as they do not plan the project

As a BA, you will get a lot to learn in terms of technology. No training will be provided , which is a challenge in itself but then the developers are friendly and will help you to understand the project and to provide end to end delivery. Great learning curve, latest products and methodologies followed by the company. You will never run out of work ever.

Cons

No work life balance , too much politics.. entire company run totally by two managers who will make or break your life .. no process in place.. management least bothered ...
