Pros
As you get more work experience your payscale will increase tremendously. Even better than other MNCs.
Cons
Freshers and less than 3yr experienced employees will be squeezed and drained every little energy they have. Salary will be better only after 3yrs as your bond expires. Over work load and work timing can be pretty hectic, more than 10, 12 or 14 hrs! Virtually no extra curricular activities, no gym, no sports, no fun. No time for all of it.
