Pros
Joining Aniview is one of my best decisions so far. I think they believe - 'To win the marketplace, first win the workplace'. Everyone here is very supportive. They understand you well and collectively extend support wherever needed. Learning is beyond. Work culture is one of the best things here. No micro-management at all. High work ethics and the most important thing that majority of the companies might lack is Employee satisfaction. Here at Aniview, I've seen them valuing their people a lot. Mr. Alon, our CEO is a very humble person. He supports everyone and acknowledges every effort by his team. It then becomes true 'A Person who feels appreciated will always do more than expected'. I guess this is the major reason of Aniview's success.
