Lack of accountability among anti-bullying practices. Limited opportunities of senior positions advancement. Re-training and opportunity for accredited interprofessional Continuing Professional Development with active participation and intention by employees and employers is critical to break down silo behaviour or disconnect embedded mob outlook of disgruntled or burntout workers
