Pros
Angelsmith has a great small agency team who really cares about the work, clients and each other. I’ve worked with the owners for several years and have always enjoyed the experience. It’s a flexible, creative and fun environment with many interesting clients. Our colleagues are smart, strategic and passionate about what they do. You can definitely depend on them and learn from them. Must wear many hats on this small team but the team is growing and days are certainly never boring.
Cons
I haven’t found any specifically unless a small fast paced environment is not right for you.

Angelsmith takes great care of employees. I have been working with Angelsmith more than 2 years and it’s a great place to work. They have a great work/life balance with lots of flexibility. Bunch of Smart people to learn from. Their CEO and MD and other management staff are very friendly in nature. In Short I would say Life becomes easy at Angelsmith.
Cons
As of now nothing that's giving me discomfort by working alongside Angelsmith.
