      CEO works remotely in Washington, 2,000 miles away!

      Pros

      Employees are great and friendly; most managers are caring.

      Cons

      Company is paying their CEO $225k and she works remotely from Washington state, rarely physically visits. Shame that this nonprofit doesn't keep its funds in the Valley. CEO doesn't participate in the stores or house programs. CEO creates a hostile work environment.

      benefits were okay, guaranteed hours but nothing else

      Cons

      management was not helpful, only ever met two good managers in the hemet area sifting through dirty items rude employees no bonuses dont expect more than 10 cents for pay raises
