Toxic culture - micromanagement at peak Even I have heard managers are behaving toxicly even during notice period and stating that people can't even leave after 90 days if they want - they acting beyond lefal terms Most important- I have heard few manager complaint was raised to upper management and nothing was done - even not in case of posh 3 months notice period Stocks will be granted at end of year only, not like one year cliff only and then quarterly
