The work can be very stressful. If you don't like your current position, it can be difficult to move to a different department or position.

Toxic culture, chaotic management and marketing teams that are 2 years ahead of actual engineering

Long hours are pretty common

Overall company is fairly toxic and tolerates toxic management. Seems like they are following the amazon approach.

-Any bonuses are a loan until the one year mark -Talked to many other engineers and survival rate is 2 years -they say they’re veteran friendly but the company is comprised of newly grad engineers whom are sensitive -they will work you for long hours so try to get on an hourly rate

Low pay unless one of the clique at this particular location.

Long hours, low pay, management terrible, no promotions, fake, fake
