      Overall great company that's caring and driven, though has its flaws

      Work from home is standard Most people can create their own hours Always open to new ideas

      Cons

      Health benefits leave a lot to be desired Pay is only competitive if you live in a major city with a higher cost of living Executive team pivots on a whim, which doesn't always work out Empathy and diversity are severely lacking at the company

      Well organised and highly motivated. Using cloud tools such as Asana and Google Plus to coordinate work flow.

      Cons

      There's almost too much going on in their private Google Plus community to keep up.

      As long as you pander to everyone's ego, you'll do just fine. If you don't, your work will be reviewed through a microscope.

      Cons

      Not great at brown-nosing? Keep your options open. Pay is pretty low for the effort you're expected to put in.
