      Good Department and Good people

      Handled covid badly in my opinion. Forced staff to take 10% pay cut when job role was affected, was busier than ever. Still managed to bring on a totally new office/staff in this time and give staff homeworking equipment Offered a couple hundred pounds in a pay rise after being short staffed through the pandemic No/ limited progression Some staff can be rude & demanding.
