Pros
You are fully prepared with all the tools you need to be successful, the support you get from Supervisors and upper managent is great. Pay is comparable to the position and their hiring process, though stressful at times, immediately followed by rigorous fast paced training is definitely worth it and Im very happy they continuously push you to strive harder to reach full potential.
Cons
In my opinion, between our fantastic supervisors and management, there may be some sort of huddle amongst upper management and supervisors when anything in policy changes to ensure all floor supervisors assisting daily are on the same page and therefore eliminating small but important changes/ideas etc being relayed to the agents differently by different supervisors, as it can get confusing.

Everyone here at Anbu Innovations is really nice and cool. They take us out on company outings and actually take an interest in their employees to see how they’re doing.

8yThank you for the feedback. We have not been as proactive in planning the outings as before, however, we will definitely be working on that with HR. The angry customers are something a lot of inbound call centers deal with. There are certainly irate customers calling in, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in regards to that as we are taking calls on BEHALF of our clients and THEIR businesses. However, understanding the depth of the calls, that is why we do offer growth in our company in regards to position and compensation as we totally understand the job can be tiring and testing.
As to the life; We will certainly work on thinking of ways to make the environment more livelier. Thank you for the feedback.
